$0.00 Akaal Chant Sadhana
Please join us for an 11 minute meditation for 40 days
to honor all those we lost this difficult year. We will chant Akaal
(timeless, immortal) together at 11 am everyday for 11 minutes. We
conclude our practice on Dec 31, 2021 to bid 2021 a gentle goodbye. This
is a cathartic practice to honor departed souls, process community
grief, and introduce a daily meditation into our busy schedules. This
online meditation is free and open to all, no prior meditation or yoga
experience needed.
Please note that on Saturdays the chant will be part of Manju's class, which is available both online and in-person.
