Give yourself the gift of
rest this new year! Join Martha in a four-week sleep series. Reflect on
your sleep habits, harness the power of pranayama and Yoga Nidra to
improve the quality of sleep and discover your most nourishing rest and
sleep. Each gathering includes pranayama, personal sharing, content
you can implement immediately and Yoga Nidra or extended savasana.
Martha’s facilitation will allow you to reflect, learn, set goals,
celebrate, and create a beautiful sleep ritual. Upon sign up, you’ll
have a small welcome package mailed to you with tools for the workshop.
This workshop is offered online only so you can
drift off to sleep as soon as we sign off.
Martha Hoffman
For over two decades, Martha has practiced all types of yoga, partly because of her own mother’s longstanding practice. Most recently, Martha participated in the RYT-200 Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with Lighthouse Yoga Center. Martha finds the combination of asana, pranayama and meditation transformative in her own life, and hopes to share this power with others. Martha is an educator and has been teaching children and adults with disabilities in DC for the last 15 years and is thrilled to offer the passion for teaching to her new learnings as a yoga instructor. Martha’s high energy classes integrate breathing and meditation into postures that promote strength and flexibility in the physical body.
