Deep Flow and Meditation

Did you know that one benefit of your asana practice (the movement part of yoga) is to prepare you for seated meditation? Bring everything together for this Sunday Morning 75 minute deep vinyasa flow. We will go further into our yoga practice by exploring deeper postures such as arm balances and more challenging sequences. We will dive deeper into breathwork and end with a guided meditation to center and empower. We will go deeper into our practice while also acquiring tools to manage everyday challenges.
