$95.00 A Springtime Self-Care Retreat Day
As the season of Spring approaches,
nature invites the spirit of growth and renewal. Spend the day blooming
into whatever is coming next for you. This retreat will deepen your
connection to self through a combination of gentle breathwork, mindful
movement, self-massage, yin yoga, restorative yoga, and community
ritual. Learn how to further support yourself as we come out of winter
hibernation and blossom into spring. This retreat is the perfect
opportunity to take a mini self-care vacation. This is a great event to
attend with your bestie, your significant other, or to enjoy the time
away on your own. Wear comfortable and cozy clothing. You do not need to
bring anything - you will be provided with mat, all props, and a

Carrie Dennison
Carrie Dennison has been immersing herself in these practices of
self-care and community care for the past decade. She has discovered the
importance of self-care to bring attention to the busy parts of life to
find a slower pace and more moments of peace. Her love of yoga was
fostered from a need for balance in her life after becoming extremely
overwhelmed from a high-pressure corporate job while also trying to
juggle all other aspects of life. Carrie offers an open-minded, fun, and
relaxed environment for anyone to practice yoga. Carrie’s goal is to
help others learn different techniques of healing in a supportive
community and be empowered to live their truth by being connected to
their mind and body. Carrie is a registered E-RYT with Yoga Alliance and
Reiki Master. Credentials include Yogamour Trauma-Informed Yoga
Training, Rest for All Restorative Yoga with Tara Lemerise, Reiki Master
Training with Irene Glasse, Yin Yoga Certification with Machalle Lee,
