$35.00 Fascial Release for the Hips, Knees, and Feet
Fascia is connective tissue that surrounds your muscles, blood vessels,
and nerves. When it’s healthy, fascia allows your muscles to slide and
glide as you move, but when your fascia gets tight and stuck, it can
restrict your movement and breath and even cause pain. In this
workshop, w e will use tools and simple techniques to release the fascia
in the feet and legs to re-educate the body/mind and align and
stabilize the feet and legs. The goal is help create renewed slide and
glide in the tissues of your hips, knees, and feet to aid in more
easeful movement. Everyone is welcome and no previous yoga experience
needed to join.
Please bring to class:
- A tennis ball or a close
approximation
- SOFT fascial massage peanut (if you have one) or a
homemade “peanut.” (to make a homemade “peanut,” use three (3) knee
socks or crew socks, ball up 2 of them tight and put them side by side
inside the third sock, and tie the end)
