Free and open to all. Live streaming on Zoom. We start by tuning in together, and then do a 31-minute group meditation, to leave us all feeling connected and uplifted.

Meditating under the power of the full moon amplifies the power of our meditation, allowing us to connect more deeply with the voice of our soul and tap into our inner peace. Join us for this monthly donation-based Kundalini meditation, to uplift your spirits and guide you through the coming cycle.

Open to all, no meditation experience is required. Donations are accepted.

Our meditation for February is the Isht Sodhana Meditation, also known as "Dharti Hai". This meditation is all about connection, and through that connection we can feel stable and calm. Grounding is as much about the connection to the earth as it is connection to the infinite, which this meditation brings across beautifully. It also directly taps into the energy of the moon in Virgo.

Hillary Johnson

Hillary first discovered yoga when she was 16 and explored Hatha and Vinyasa before falling in love with Kundalini in 2013. She completed her KRI Level 1 certification in 2017 and Yoga for Youth teacher training in 2016. Hillary is passionate about sharing her love of yoga with others and enjoys discussing the unique experiences that happen on the mat and as the practice starts shaping other aspects of daily life. She sees yoga as both an escape from the pressures around us and a way to connect with ourselves and with the world around us in a different, deeper, and more spiritual way. In addition to her daily yoga practice, Hillary draws inspiration from her family—in particular her son, Elom—bike rides, and walks in nature.
