We start by tuning in
together, and then do a 31-minute group meditation, to leave us all
feeling connected and uplifted. Meditating under the power of the full
moon amplifies the power of our meditation, allowing us to connect more
deeply with the voice of our soul and tap into our inner peace.
Join us
for this monthly donation-based Kundalini meditation, to uplift your
spirits and guide you through the coming cycle. Open to all, no
meditation experience is required. Donations are accepted.
The September Full Moon can support us by focusing on the present moment while simultaneously assisting us with leaving the past behind. This opportunity allows us to compassionately sweep away what does not serve us. In addition, this meditation is a beautiful reminder of the presence of God within us. I think it's safe to say that collectively all of our lives are currently being shifted and stretched to make us stronger. Nevertheless, the Guru within us is ever-present, everlasting, and unshakable. Our time together will begin by tuning in with the Adi Mantra followed by the 31-minute meditation. We will recite Wahe Guru Wahe Jio which means " Divinely wonderful, here and now in my soul, all thoughts that are dark and unconscious will shift to thoughts and vibrations of uplifting light and conscious awareness .” please see link to learn more about the meditation. Sat nam.

Nikki Haley
Nikki Haley (Anand Saraswati) is a certified KRI Kundalini Yoga
Instructor and currently teaches at Lighthouse Yoga Center, located in
Washington, DC. Nikki took her first yoga class 20 years ago and became
hooked. After falling in love with Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga, she figured
she would focus on those two forms of practice. However, five years ago,
Nikki discovered the practice of Kundalini Yoga while pregnant with her
son. In addition, as an MSW, Nikki has had the privilege of doing
direct community service and non-profit work for a variety of
populations for the past nine years working between the east coast and
the west coast. In her heart, she believes that the magic of social work
continues to deepen her practice. Nikki has a particular interest in
Ancestral Healing and its relationship to Intergenerational Trauma. When
teaching, Nikki hopes to facilitate a safe space for all that practice.
She believes that if we can collectively learn to surrender to any yoga
or meditation practice, then we have the opportunity to understand our
life’s purpose on a multi-dimensional level.
