Join Manju for a Yogic Mother's Day thru many perspectives.

Mother's Day can be a difficult day for many.
Whether you are mourning a mother, stressed from mothering, healing from a toxic mother, or processing intergenerational trauma, for many Mother's Day can churn up emotions of insecurity, anger and grief.
There is much internalized societal shame attached to imperfect familial relationships, pressure to procreate, to conform to biology, to embrace certain ideals of motherhood, womanhood, and personhood.
Our relationship with the mother archetype can impact our interpersonal relationships, our personal creativity and inner play.

No matter where you are in your personal journey, we will come together in community and deploy Kundalini yoga, chanting, and meditation to identify our inner needs. We will explore strategies to heal and connect with our inner child, wrapping ourselves in compassion and joy

Manju Sadarangani

Manju's yoga practice is grounded in a desire for equity, justice, emotional and mental well-being. She brings her spirit of play, body positivity and radical self-love to her Kundalini & Nidra classes.

Born in India to a yoga teacher mother, Manju is committed to authenticity in the studio. A Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, she connects deeply with the feminist, spiritual and historical foundations of yoga to counter problematic cultural appropriation. She relishes creating a safe space for all using breathe, color, naad, and mantras in her classes.

Manju invites you to consider yoga as a tool to recharge, resist and rebel.
