Do you desire vibrant health?

A way to interrupt and resolve mental, physical and emotional pain?

Simple yet effective meditations and movements to deeply relax and feel recharged?

Heart to heart and mind to mind, this is an invitation to join certified Hun Yuan Qi Therapist, Zhineng Qigong teacher, Lifelong Wellness Skills Coach and licensed acupuncturist Mary Morrison, founder of How We Healfor a 2 hour basic introduction to the powerful healing medicine of Zhineng Qigong!

Medical Zhineng Qigong training emphasizes consciously using the mind intent to focus inward to transform, to improve, and to enhance life functions and abilities of the body.

It is training which enables the participants to transform natural instinctive activities into conscious activities.

"We cultivate our own life energy through accessing nature's great store of life energy (Qi). This approach produces quick results. But cultivating one's Qi is not the most fundamental; cultivating one's spirit is. Mastery of Qi is really achieved through mastery of consciousness. We use consciousness in a careful, craftsman-like way, to shape our life, to attain our goals. If we use modern terminology to name this process, we call it Qigong... in modern terms, Qigong is the refinement of consciousness to enhance the state of energy in the body. This leads to vibrant health, a harmonious body and mind, and awakened spiritual life." -Dr. Pang Ming, creator of Zhineng Qigong.

This means we practice a series of gentle and profound meditative movements designed to relieve chronic stress and pain (mind and body), increase vitality (bring qi/energy to organ systems of the whole body) plus improve conditions related to common ailments such as insomnia, depression and stress.

Together, we focus on enhancing the functions and abilities of the entire body to create inner peace and cultivate joy.

Class includes:

  • Learn a few basic theories on why it works so well.
  • Meditation where we will set a strong intention for healing for you that also ripples out into your communities.
  • Practice a series of gentle and profound meditative movements designed to relieve stress and pain (mind and body), increase vitality (bring qi/energy to organ systems of the whole body) plus improve conditions related to common western ailments such as insomnia, depression, acute to chronic aches, pain and stress.

Even in these troubled times, we can enhance the functions and abilities of the entire body to create inner peace and practice joy.

No previous experience necessary.

Looking forward to sharing this powerful and joyful practice with you!
