$30.00 Nature & Nidra: Transition from Winter to Spring - 2025
Join us as we give ourselves an opportunity to reflect on the quietude
of winter and prepare for the awakening of spring. Yoga Nidra is a
guided meditation to take us through the pancha maya kosha (five layers
of self), leaving us with a sense of profound relaxation. We will get
comfortable in the studio and use props to offer ourselves space to
explore what we need at the moment. A deep nidra calms the nervous
system, reduces stress and promotes healing - a wonderful way to let go
of what no longer serves us. We will allow ourselves stillness to embody
nature’s contraction in winter as a preparation for the bursting forth
of spring. Our intention is to align with natural rhythms and engage
authentically with rest. This is a truly self-loving way to conclude our
Sundays.
