$30.00 Nature & Nidra: Transitioning from Fall to Winter 2024
Just in time for the winter solstice! Join us as we give ourselves an
opportunity to reflect on the autumn harvest and acclimate to the
silence of winter. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation to take us through
the pancha maya kosha (five layers of self), leaving us with a sense of
profound relaxation. We will get comfortable in the studio and use props
to offer ourselves space to explore what we need at the moment. A deep
nidra calms the nervous system, reduces stress and promotes better
healing - a wonderful way to let go of what no longer serves us. We will
allow ourselves stillness to process the tumult of this fall and lean
into the winter stillness. Our intention is to align with natural
rhythms and engage authentically with rest. This is a truly self-loving
way to conclude your Sunday.
