$36.00 Nature & Nidra: Transitioning from Winter to Spring 2026
Join us as we give ourselves an opportunity to spring ahead gently with
loving kindness. This is a truly self-loving way to spend our Sunday
afternoon. In winter, nature offers us an opportunity to rest deeply. In
spring we begin anew. In line with nature, we will leave behind winter
and look forward to spring. Together, we will allow ourselves stillness
to close chapters, mine life lessons and manage the restlessness of
spring with intention. We will practice a soothing yoga nidra and sound
bath. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation to take us through the pancha
maya kosha (five layers of self), leaving us with a sense of profound
relaxation. We will get comfortable in the studio and use props to offer
ourselves space to explore what we need in the moment. A deep nidra
calms the nervous system, reduces stress and promotes better healing - a
wonderful way to let go of what no longer serves us. All are invited to
bring their journals, as we take the time to connect with our true
desires. Our intention is to honestly engage with that which already is,
to allow ourselves to rest and recalibrate.
