$40.00 Restorative Yoga Mini-Retreat March 2026
The transition between winter and spring can make us feel restless with
impatience for warmer weather and longer days. It's easy to ramp up
the doing without giving ourselves enough time to rest and reflect. This
two-hour min-retreat is the perfect opportunity for honor the
in-between time with a pause from the doing to settle in and get
nourishing rest for your body and mind. This practice of long-held fully
supported resting postures will soothe your nervous system, quiet your
mind, and help you release deeply held tension. All of the props are
skillfully arranged before you arrive so you simply show up and rest
deeply.
Tara Lemerise
Tara Lemerise teaches the time-honored philosophy and practice of yoga
in an accessible and joyful way. Registered with Yoga Alliance at
E-RYT-200/E-RYT-500, Tara has been teaching yoga philosophy, movement,
and meditation since 2005. She has over 9,000 hours of teaching
experience.
According to Tara, there is nothing to “fix” with yoga.
Instead, there are only more opportunities to understand and be more
fully present to our separate and together experiences. She is known for
offering clear and helpful instruction to students at all levels and
makes the wisdom of yoga feel relevant and relatable.
Tara’s classes
include action-based instructions in asana that are a result of study of
anatomy, kinesiology and creative movement. In addition, Tara provides
plenty of opportunities for stillness and contemplation in her classes,
which are deeply influenced by her study and practice of Restorative
Yoga.
