$40.00 Restorative Yoga Mini-Retreat May 2026
It's easy to ramp up the doing without giving ourselves enough time to
rest and reflect. This two-hour mini-retreat is the perfect opportunity
to pause from doing and receive nourishing rest for your body and mind.
In this unique circuit-style approach to Restorative Yoga, all the
necessary blankets, blocks, and bolsters are skillfully arranged before
you arrive. You move from station to station to receive the nourishing
benefits of the Restorative Yoga poses with no effort required. Come to
initiate your body's relaxation response and feel fully supported as you
release chronic tension and stress. You'll leave feeling completely
revitalized, refreshed and renewed in body, mind, and spirit.

and meditation since 2005. She has over 9,000 hours of teaching

Instead, there are only more opportunities to understand and be more
fully present to our separate and together experiences. She is known for
offering clear and helpful instruction to students at all levels and
makes the wisdom of yoga feel relevant and relatable.
Tara’s classes
include action-based instructions in asana that are a result of study of
anatomy, kinesiology and creative movement. In addition, Tara provides
plenty of opportunities for stillness and contemplation in her classes,
which are deeply influenced by her study and practice of Restorative
Yoga.
