$60.00 Samhain Sound Immersion
Samhain, celebrated as Halloween by many, is the Celtic New Year, the
end of summer & harvest.
As the days get shorter, it is a time for
stillness, introspection, of going within to review the past year and
reflect on all that has taken place. It is also a time when the veil
between the spirit world & our physical world is the thinnest. We
can more easily access messages from ancestors, guides, and guardians
allowing for interaction and guidance, to honor our loved ones that have
crossed over. As the shadows lengthen in the physical world, bringing
our own shadows to light may be easier at this time as well.
Clearing
our energy field with sound vibration healing and giving yourself
permission to release that which no longer serves us is an important
step. Sound vibration is felt on & throughout the body. It opens up
our energy pathways that can bring relief from body pain & calming
the monkey mind chatter. You will experience a safe container of deeply
held space with candlelight, gongs, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan
singing bowls, shamanic drum, Native American style flutes, chimes, and
crystals to help raise the vibrational space & assist in the
transformation. Each instrument has been curated with intention for
their specific aesthetic, energy, embodiment, & healing aspects.
If
you wish you can bring a journal and pen with you to write any thoughts,
feelings, or experiences that may come to you. And while we have many props to share, you may want to bring your yoga mat for under you and any blankets and pillows that might make your experience more comfortable.

Stephanie Lynne
Stephanie Lynne, RYT 200, has had a lifelong passion for all things
spiritual. Drawn to the practices that utilize the subtle energies, she
is a Reiki Master and Kundalini Yoga teacher. Ignited by her
experiences, Stephanie sought out broader studies of Yin Yoga, Trauma
Informed Yoga, and Yoga for Mental Health which she weaves into
her offerings. Through Kundalini Yoga, she learned how sound and tones
impact the body, releasing tension or pain while harmonizing emotions,
all while participants simply lie back and receive. In the ritual of
Sound Immersion, candles and crystals hold the space while Stephanie
weaves the vibrations from gongs, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls,
drums and Native American flutes in an aesthetically beautiful and
energetically embodied way. She believes that sound medicine is a
powerful healer that works along the energy meridians to raise vibration
that harmonizes and heals the physical, emotional and subtle body.
