$0.00 Summer Solstice Meditaion
Join us for a 61-minute in-person meditation to mark the June solstice!
We will gather to commemorate the solstice with a traditional puja, followed by a 61-minute mantra meditation inviting the sun stillness within.
The solstice marks the longest and shortest day of the year. The word solstice is derived from; ("sun") ("to stand still"), because the Sun appears to "stand still during the solstices. After the solstice, the sun's daily path, as observed from earth reverses direction.
We will take this opportunity to go within, connecting our psyche with our planet and celestial universe. Taking a cue from the sun, we will take a moment to pause, reflect and recalibrate with our higher purpose. In this ritual, we will connect with a practice held dear by many cultures across the planet since ancient times.
