$108.00 The Ritual Spring Awakening
This 7-day ritual is an offering for the purpose of creating good spiritual habits and being in sync with earth's transitions. As we welcome spring, which represents new fresh beginnings, we want to celebrate that with a ritual. Rituals have always been practiced by indigenous peoples for centuries, and you too, can create your own! The Ritual seeks to provide a simple template for you to align with. You may already have practices in use, and you are encouraged to continue all the things that seek to uplift and drive the light of your spirit!
You will use the early morning hour to perform a deep self-love process and altar silent meditation in the Armit Vela, the most sacred time of the day, the time when the veil is thin between us and the Divine, us and the spirit realm. During this time, you will perform elaborate self-care routines, including journal entries, flash writing your first thoughts, and/or affirmations. You will spend time at your altars speaking with your ancestors and ancestor guides with great intentions so you may open yourself to receive the messages they may have for you. You can also make prayers for yourself, your relationships, businesses or careers, and loved ones.
Then we will come together as a group to perform a powerful meditation and yoga practice that supports detoxification in preparation of becoming lighter and creating pathways for newness. This will stimulate your own personal power to connect to self and the divine energy available! We will tune in using the Kundalini traditional chant, The Adi Mantra (Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo), move to meditation and then perform a Kriya and end in a final meditation. The same meditations and Kriya will be performed daily. This will allow us to build up the potency of the Kriya's purpose. After, you may add this to your yoga tool kit!
Soon after you sign up you will receive an email with a "suggested" practice for your 4 or 5 am Sacred Awakening that will include more details on how to perform the elaborate self-care routine and altar meditation.
Now, the only thing you need to do is to choose to commit to yourself!
Director Of Kundalini Programing
Nandi Gabremedhin is a two time graduate of Lighthouse Yoga Center’s Teacher Training Programs, first earning a 220-hour KRI Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Instructor certificate in 2018 with Sada Sat Kaur & Julie Eisenberg, and then a 200-hour Hatha Yoga Instructor certificate in 2021 with Tara Lemerise, Abby Dobbs, and others.
Nandi’s first yoga class was more than 12 years ago and she felt an instant shift. Nandi practiced Rocket Yoga with Ahmed Jabali for two years. With continuous practice she found it brought awareness and self confidence, and a better connection with others thru a more divine energetic space. Making a decision to become a teacher Nandi has continued advanced trainings in Kundalini Level 2 courses, White Tantric Meditations and Queen Afua’s Sacred Woman holistic health and spiritual divine healing program.
Nandi enjoys creating energetic fun classes and workshops that incorporate a holistic focus of mind, body and spirit. Nandi’s offerings feel good and are suitable for most if not all students. You may also experience a Hatha/Kundalini hybrid which may include a little flow, kriya and meditation. Nandi’s classes facilitate experiences for individuals to find their own power, overcome personal challenges, gain introspection by uncovering the divine energy within!
