$36.00 Un-hunch: Yoga for Your Upper Back, Shoulders, and Neck
This workshop is devoted to the exploration of the connections
between your upper back, shoulders, and neck. You'll discover the ways
your shoulder blades move well and other ways they don't move much at
all. This will help you understand how weakness or lack of mobility in
these movements could be contributing to your neck, shoulder, and back
pain. Using simple strength building exercises coupled with yoga posture
work to increase flexibility, you will develop your own plan to
un-hunch.
This workshop is perfect for you if you are:
- Experiencing discomfort in neck and shoulders in daily life or on the yoga mat and want to feel better.
- Recovering from a shoulder injury and trying to ease back into yoga practice.
- Interested in learning more about shoulder anatomy and movement.

plenty of opportunities for stillness and contemplation in her classes,
which are deeply influenced by her study and practice of Restorative
Yoga.
