Join Tuesday Irby for Sunday Sanctuary, a serene 75-minute class blending yoga asana, meditation, and restorative practices designed to bring balance, relaxation, and inner peace to your mind, body, and spirit. This holistic practice combines traditional Hatha postures and their variations with calming meditation techniques, offering a harmonious experience that nurtures your whole being. Whether you’re looking to enhance your physical practice, deepen your meditation skills, or simply carve out a peaceful moment in your day, this class provides a welcoming, supportive environment for all levels.

Props to have nearby: 1 yoga mat or other non-slip surface, 3 blankets or large towels, 2 blocks or small sturdy boxes (or large hardback books), 1 strap or long scarf/tie
