Sunday Slow Flow

Come unwind, breathe and stretch with Kate on the third Sunday evening of the month. This is a hybrid class so you can join either in studio or online. Kate will guide you through a gentle and calming practice that includes meditation and breathwork. This is an intentionally slow class that helps you to unwind from the weekend and prepares you for a night of deep sleep.
