T.G.I.F: Candlelight Chant and Chill

Drained and wired as your week draws to a close? Come shed your stress with a calming Friday evening practice. Join us as we stretch to release stress, wind down with gentle pranayam breathing, and meditate to calm the mind. Every week, we will dim the lights and explore different calming mantras and sounds. This hour long practice is a wonderful way to nudge our overstimulated bodies into a calming rest and digest parasympathetic response. The perfect way to end your work week, and reset your mind and body.
