Yoga for Strength and Mobility

Maria Hamburger's Strength and Mobility classes offer the ability to hone in on muscle conditioning, mobility around the joints, enhance balance, and greater core support.

Added props for strength and mobility classes include hand weights, a resistance band, and a resistance loop.

Strength is the ability to create muscular tension within one's capable ability while executing movements efficiently and progressively loading as capacity allows.

Mobility is the ability of a joint to move actively through a range of motion taking into account motor control within the nervous system.

This is an online class. Props needed include:

Basic yoga props: mat, belt, blocks and blanket or large towel

Props specific to the class: dumbbells, resistance band, resistance loop

* no need to have all the props to join in class, come as you are with what you have and we'll work together to get you geared up
