Working with both pregnant person and partner, Rebecca will show birth partners how to guide, and support the laboring person, both at home and in the hospital, so that they can find their inner strength to bring forth baby. Together you’ll learn the basics of what to expect during labor, along with partner-enhanced poses and other relaxation techniques that you can use throughout the remainder of pregnancy and labor. The goal is to to ease stress, anxiety and pain, and to promote relaxation and calm so that you can both work to bring baby into the world surrounded with love and joy!Price is per couple.

Devdutt Pattanaik's book "7 Secrets of Shiva" opens the door to a deeper understanding through accessible writing and dozens of annotated images of sacred art. Join us for this 5-week book club to read and discuss Shiva's role in and influence on modern yoga practices.
Soothing Sound Bath Sunday August 2025

Explore your personal relationship with sound, mood, health, and
body. Sound healing is an ancient technique used around the world, from
the gongs and bowls of Tibet to the Salish Drum Circles of the Pacific
Northwest. Advances in aural science have allowed scientists to
study the impact certain frequencies and tones have on cellular
structure and biorhythmic processes. Increasingly, sound healing is
employed as a holistic tool to calm, repair, and heal. We begin
our monthly sessions by setting a personal intention (sankalp) and
dimming the lights. We are guided through meditation to center ourselves
before we drift into a sonic bath. Every month, we will employ
frequencies and tones to aid cell repair, reduce anxiety, and manage
stress.

Postnatal Yoga 5 Week Series - Aug/Sept 2025

This postnatal class series, designed for people with babies 6-weeks to pre-crawling, will focus on exploring and learning about how the core, pelvic floor and joints can all be affected by pregnancy and how we can work to heal, strengthen and stabilize. Restorative poses throughout each class will help soothe baby-addled nerves. And with babies welcome in class (both online or in person), you can feel free to stop your practice anytime you need to care for baby. And you'll receive a recording of each class, so if you had to leave practice to care for baby, you can pick up where you left off on the recording later! Un-hunch: Yoga for Your Upper Back, Shoulders, and Neck

This workshop is devoted to the exploration of the connections between your upper back, shoulders, and neck. You'll discover the ways your shoulder blades move well and other ways they don't move much at all. This will help you understand how weakness or lack of mobility in these movements could be contributing to your neck, shoulder, and back pain. Using simple strength building exercises coupled with yoga posture work to increase flexibility, you will develop your own plan to un-hunch.

There’s a saying that the hips govern all of our movements and our emotions. If you feel tight and stiff physically or emotionally as we head into the shorter days and cold weather of winter, this workshop is for you. We will take a gentle, supported approach to thawing out your hips in a practice mostly done reclining, with exercises and yoga poses to gently stretch and sweetly strengthen all sides of your hips.

Low back pain is one of the most commonly reported body discomforts. If you have an achy low back or you are trying to keep low back pain at bay, this series is for you! Over the course of 3-weeks, we'll explore gentle dynamic movements, drills, exercises, and yoga postures for your legs and hips designed to help you love up your low back. Each class will end with a sweet supportive resting pose to allow for greater integration of the practice.
